Ski into Switzerland, ride home from Italy

Cervinia is about 180 km from Malpensa: motorway through the Aosta Valley to Châtillon, then roughly 27 km of mountain road up the Valtournenche to the resort at just over 2,000 metres. The last part climbs steadily through tight bends, so in winter the car carries chains and your driver checks the forecast. The ski area links over the Plateau Rosa to Zermatt, and some guests ski across the border and want to be collected on either side at the end of the week; we can do both. The V-Class takes seven guests with skis; the Sprinter Luxury VIP carries up to eight. We drop at the Hermitage Hotel & Spa, the Saint Hubertus Resort and private apartments in the village. From central Milan, allow about 2 hours 35 minutes.
