The longest Dolomites run, done in one car
Alta Badia is the farthest Dolomites valley from Milan, about 340 km to Corvara. The drive follows the A4 and the Brenner motorway to Bressanone, then turns east and south into the Val Badia, past La Villa to Corvara and San Cassiano. It is a long day in a train-and-bus combination, and a comfortable one in a car with reclining seats and a driver who stops when you want to. In December the Gran Risa in La Villa hosts a World Cup giant slalom. We drop at Hotel La Perla in Corvara, Aman Rosa Alpina in San Cassiano and private chalets in the valley. If you land at Venice, Verona or Innsbruck instead of Milan, ask us: the drive can be shorter. The V-Class takes seven guests with skis.
