Who we are

This website is operated by Elite Royal Cars, Via Eugenio Chiesa 4, 20122 Milan, Italy, VAT number (P. IVA) 09249900961. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to us at the email address published in the footer of this site or call the number listed there.

What data we collect

When you send a booking, quote or contact request we collect the data you enter in the form: name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, vehicle choice, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes you add. When you browse the site we also collect technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and campaign parameters (UTM), through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent.

Why we use it

We use your data to prepare a quote and to organise and deliver the transfer you request (performance of a contract); to reply to your enquiries and keep you informed about your booking (legitimate interest); to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Italian law (legal obligation); and, only with your consent, to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising.

Who we share it with

Your data may be shared with the chauffeurs and partner operators assigned to your trip, our IT and hosting providers, our email and CRM provider, and our accountants — all acting as data processors on our instructions. Analytics and advertising providers (Google) process technical data only where you have given consent. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Booking and quote data is kept for the duration of the service and for 10 years afterwards where required by Italian tax law. Contact enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months. Consent records and cookie preferences are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — including cookie consent, through the cookie settings link on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Detailed information about the cookies we use is set out in our Cookie Policy.
