The terms that apply to bookings made with Elite Royal Cars.

Elite Royal Cars, Via Eugenio Chiesa 4, 20122 Milan, Italy, VAT number (P. IVA) 09249900961, provides chauffeur-driven car hire (NCC) in Italy and cross-border transfers to neighbouring countries. Vehicles are driven by licensed professional chauffeurs; we do not offer self-drive rental.
A request sent through this website is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking. We reply with a fixed price in writing. A booking exists only once we confirm it by email or messaging. The confirmed price includes VAT, tolls, parking and meet-and-greet at arrivals, unless stated otherwise in the confirmation.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices ("from") for the routes and vehicle classes listed. The price that applies to your trip is the one stated in your written confirmation. Extra stops, route changes, waiting time beyond the included allowance, and additional services requested on the day may be charged separately and will be quoted before they are carried out.
For airport pick-ups, 60 minutes of waiting time from landing is included at no charge. We monitor your flight and adjust the pick-up time for delays at no extra cost. For non-airport pick-ups, 15 minutes of waiting time is included.
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, and no-shows, may be charged in full. If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled, tell us and we will move your booking at no cost. Where a payment has been made, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
Each vehicle class has a stated maximum number of passengers and suitcases. Please book a vehicle that fits your group and luggage; we may be unable to carry passengers or luggage in excess of the vehicle's capacity. Child seats are available on request and must be requested when booking.
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Our chauffeurs may end a journey where the safety of passengers or driver is at risk.
We are fully licensed and insured for the commercial carriage of passengers. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, strikes and road closures, or for consequential losses such as missed flights, where we have performed the service as agreed.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
